Hot news from Telegraph…

I had emailed the moderators asking for help to restore my avatar.

Here is the attachment I was sent ,I have tried it and the glitch is still there,I knew the procedure, but every time I did it ,it showed a red “error message’ saying there is a problem with cropping the image.

I specified this problem in my email and the reply was this stock one size fits all attachment. So much for “Proudly connecting Telegraph ” !

Is this the main problem these days that if we want a solution to a problem,we are presented with a mundane answer.

Sigh.
